Practices for healt
During the course of our lives, an unpleasant event can happen, perhaps a health problem, which shakes us from the boring everyday routine that keeps us chained within a pattern of repetitive and alienating habits. It therefore happens that suddenly all our plans skip, the well-organized scheme of our life that we arranged, and so the goals we hoped to achieve. Because of this unexpected event, or thanks to it, we are forced to question everything. Although we tend to see this as a misfortune, this very event gives us the opportunity to embark on a path to improve the quality of our lives. It can therefore happen that we make a drastic change of our lifestyle, perhaps starting with nutrition, and then continuing with a process of cleansing the body, up to embarking on a path of spiritual growth and awareness. These paths are generally connected, and it is often the case that one passes from one to another almost completely naturally.
DISCLAIMER
Before undertaking any health-related practice we must be sure that we can carry it out without incurring any risk or worsening our health, so it would be appropriate to consult a doctor, a nutritionist or an expert who takes care of it. However, I must point out that, as far as I’m concerned, I have never found psychological support for these practices in official medicine. In fact, even if they are very ancient, it tends to brand them as false, superstitious or even fraudulent. Therefore, if you are really interested in a self-healing journey, make the appropriate considerations, do a lot of research, study the much material that can be found on the web, or even the books that deal with these (there are many authors who deal with these topics with a holistic approach, for example, Herbet Shelton, Edgar Cayce, Andreas Moritz, Rudolf Steiner, Arnold Ehret), and decide for yourself how to act, always using common sense. Taking care of your health is in fact a big responsibility and can be a privilege if you do it with knowledge of the facts. If we always delegate it to others, it is not obvious that everything always goes for the best. If we don’t feel up to it, we are insecure, or we are afraid, it is useless to undertake any self-healing path, which must always be accompanied by a path of awareness. Let’s remember that we are primarily responsible for our health, the body has been entrusted to us, and it is our responsibility to take care of it, by doing the right prevention. However, the information shown here has the only purpose of describing my experiences, so I will not be held responsible for the use you make of it.
SUDDEN PHYSICAL DECAY
At 28, I ended up in the hospital for the first time with excruciating pain in my abdomen. An ambulance transported me to the emergency room where I was found to have gravel since I had no kidney stones visible from the ultrasound. A few months later I had a similar episode, despite drinking two liters of water a day as prescribed from the doctor. At the age of 30 I had bleeding from the rectum. After an examination by a proctologist nothing relevant emerged but only that it could be the rupture of some hemorrhoids. A few months later I began to suffer from pain in my right side which kept me awake at night. From the ultrasound of a gastroenterologist, not much emerged even if the presence of a polyp in the gallbladder was suspected and therefore an x-ray with contrast for investigations would have been appropriate. Nothing emerged from the next examination and therefore it would not have been necessary to remove the gallbladder as previously thought. This is only to briefly describe the precarious state of health into which I had suddenly plunged as I reached the age of 30. I’ve had other small ailments deriving from wrong habits but not particularly relevant. When I overcame the problems of calcium accumulation in the kidneys, I finally decided to review my diet and lifestyle. In reality I had never been lazy, I worked out at the gym, I did bodybuilding until I was 20, then I got into running. Furthermore, as a child I did kilometers on an old racing bike. All this led me to believe that the first thing to review was nutrition and its excesses, as well as correcting an often unruly lifestyle. The inflammation in the gallbladder seemed to have occurred precisely to stimulate me to change. In previous years, after university, I had been engaged in studies, courses, various internships, which had given me a certain amount of stress. I had moved to different companies and had never found job stability. Furthermore, in 2007 I had settled in a big city and, although I cohabited with other tenants, I practically lived alone. All of this made me abandon physical activity and led me to consume quick and low-nutrition meals. When I later achieved some job stability I resumed studying at university, but at the same time I began to take an interest in health.
A DELICATE BALANCE
Among the many researches and articles I read, in 2012 I watched a documentary, “A delicate balance”, through which I suddenly changed my diet. I also read “The China Study”, by Dr. Colin Campbell, the book that inspired the film. Actually I had already stopped eating meat for a year, after reading various articles on its carcinogenicity, but watching this documentary allowed me to see nutrition from a new perspective, realizing the effects it produced on the environment , and focusing more on its ethical implications. I became vegan and have been for a few years, with a few exceptions as a vegetarian. For a few months I resumed eating fish, but then in 2015 I gave up eating animals for good.
LIVER CLEANSING
Returning to my problems with the gallbladder, I remember that in the same year a colleague sent me links to sites that recommended natural remedies to relieve the pain caused by her inflammation. After about a month of research and insights I discovered that this was due to an accumulation of cholesterol stones that were going to block the bile ducts, until causing inflammation. These stones were due in particular to a fatty liver, that is a liver that had accumulated many of them over time. However, there is a natural method to expel them and to cure the organ. This method is described in the book “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush” by Andreas Moritz which I bought shortly after. I read it within a month and in the meantime I also started the therapy proposed by the book. The author was an iridologist who had studied the human body extensively throughout his life due to some physical problems he had at a young age. The procedure for expelling stones is not his invention but, if I remember correctly, it should go back to an ancient Indian or perhaps ancient peoples of South American remedy. He adapted it to today’s life. Very briefly, the procedure consists in drinking apple juice for about a week which, thanks to the malic acid, softens the cholesterol stones deposited in the liver and in the gallbladder and, at the end of the sixth day, drinking a mixture of grapefruit juice and olive oil to expel them. On the sixth and seventh day, between the intake of the mixture, one liter of water is drunk divided into 4 doses in which some Epsom salts are dissolved. This allows a relaxation of the bile ducts, from which the stones then easily slip away and end up in the intestine. To expel them definitively, we do enteroclysms with warm water. Below is a photo of cholesterol stones.
This procedure should be performed on a monthly basis so that the liver continues the purification process by moving the older stones forward into the space that has been freed. Furthermore, since once the procedure has been started there is the risk of returning to the initial situation of clogging and inflammation of the gallbladder, according to the author it is advisable to continue the same in the following months for at least 7-8 cycles, up to 10-12, in the most serious cases. I must say that I have done many more, to regain a certain well-being, even if I must admit that already after the first washes I have noticed major physical improvements but also greater mental clarity. I don’t know if I’m an exception to the rule but except for a few episodes I’ve never stopped expelling stones, and I still occasionally wash them. In fact, I think I have lightened the liver but I have the feeling that I continue to produce it. According to the author of the book, in fact, in addition to the wrong foods, negative emotions contribute to their production. Too much anger, stress or emotionality can contribute to their formation, but also a sedentary life and too much television. Furthermore, in my opinion, the book does not speak of this, the esoteric sphere should also be investigated, which is no less important. In my case, I found an etheric implant that contributed to their formation. For this type of cleaning you will need to contact an expert in esoteric hypnosis.
CLEANING FROM INTESTINAL PARASITES
According to statistics, at least 1 in 4 people have intestinal parasites(1) and according to this article even more(2). I had already addressed the subject with a colleague because he was of the opinion that he could have parasites due to certain ailments of him. I had then found a handbook on a natural procedure and translated it for him from English. I later published the same handbook on a facebook group that deals with the problem. By chance at that time I was doing a liver wash and after an enema I noticed a filament that resembled the shape of a noodle. The previous evening, I had eaten Chinese dishes, including rice noodles. Not being sure that it was noodles anyway, I decided, as a precaution, to investigate further and clean up the parasites. The protocol I found was called “Liv & Lily’s Parasite Cleanse”, and it was devised by an American girl, a certain Olivia, together with her trusted herbalist, and is based on the herbal protocol for cleansing parasites from biologist Hulda Clark, then integrated with the intake of other supplements and herbs. The main herbs proposed in the Clarck protocol are black walnut hull, wormwood, cloves, arginine and ornithine. The “Liv & Lily’s Parasite Cleanse” protocol does not use the last two but adds nim, thyme, burdock root, cayenne pepper and arame seaweed to the previous ones. He also recommends the use of castor oil and diatomaceous earth. In the parasites Facebook group, some have found benefit from using psyllium and the Vermint GSE supplement, which includes quassia bark, tansy, cascara, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. Also in the same group there is a Russian protocol which reccomends the use of an infusion of eucalyptus leaves to be used through enemas. At that time I also studied the importance of fasting and how it was effective in eliminating parasites. I decided to put all these practices together to get better results in less time. After only 6 days of fasting, and a combination of herbs, supplements, essential oils and spices, I expelled an impressive amount of parasites. In addition to being many, they were also of different species. There were for example pinworms, roundworms and rope worms. They are not classified in the official medical literature, but are often identified trivially as faecal material. The fact that they are not recognized by official medicine does not mean that they do not exist. In the Facebook group that deals with this parasite it is identified from the early stages of development, when it simply looks like gelatinous matter. During all my cleanings, 6 in total over a couple of years, I expelled several, and judging by the photo of the largest one, which you can see below, it’s pretty obvious that it’s a parasite.
FASTING THERAPY
In recent years there has been a lot of talk about how this practice can improve one’s health, but also help to overcome many types of pathologies. Fasting-based therapies, such as intermittent fasting or fasting mimicking, have also spread. This one in particular can be useful for losing weight and for restoring certain hormonal balances such as insulin secretion. Prolonged fasting instead, starting from at least 16 hours, can activate autophagy which is the process by which cells feed on some of their constituents to survive and then generate more functional cells(3). Fasting can be total, therefore dry, or only solids. Dry fasting is the most drastic one as you will not take anything. It is useful for eliminating toxins from the lymphatic circulation but should not be used for more than 48 hours(4). Wet fasting, which involves only the intake of liquids, can instead last for a long time, from 4, to 20, up to 40 days. During the fast you can integrate herbal teas or herbs that help purification. Salvatore Paladino, a Sicilian healer who died a few years ago, for example, recommends taking herbal teas such as horsetail and fenugreek taken to help the body eliminate toxins. In longer fasts he recommends taking also lemon juice, to clean the arteries of calcium deposits. If we pay attention, when we feel bad or sick, it is the body itself that induces us to fast. This is because the body needs to focus all its energies on the healing process in progress, and digestion requires a considerable expenditure of energy. Furthermore, it produces many waste elements and does not allow the body to fully devote itself to the cleaning and healing processes, having to take care of their disposal. Personally I have not done fasts longer than 6 days, but I think I have obtained great benefits from them. Unfortunately in everyday life it is not easy to carry out this practice, due to the countless daily tasks. The best way to do it is by isolating ourself from family and society, eliminating all tools of social distraction, and focusing only on the cleaning process at hand. Perhaps by doing pleasant reading or listening to music for relaxation, and possibly even doing meditation. However, there are several holistic centers that accompany us in carrying out this practice safely, perhaps by managing different groups of people.
DETOX
In my opinion these practices can be considered as a rite of passage, part of a path of awareness. It’s a bit like abandoning the old world, in which the reality we are told is always taken for granted, and we always rely on others to solve any type of problem, to cross the threshold of a new world, where we take our responsibilities and we become protagonists of our choices, acting in the first person, regardless of what we are told. For that who switch from an omnivorous diet to a vegetable one, a detox is a must. This not only in the physical but also in the energy sphere, because as Salvatore Paladino stated, by feeding on a piece of meat we also feed on the pain that the animal recorded in its cells during its killing. In fact, violent death unleashes a strong discharge of hormones that end up in the blood and flesh of the tortured animal. By feeding on that flesh we will inevitably feed on that pain. It is probably also for this reason that when a child is too aggressive his parents are advised to reduce his meat consumption. One thing I’ve noticed is that since I stopped eating meat I’ve developed more empathy, not only towards animals, but also towards people. I don’t know if it’s true but somewhere I read that vegetarian people rarely end up in prison, this is because they have a low propensity for violence. But nutrition is only a first step. If we feed on negative emotions every day these affect our energy state which will then affect the physical body. An example above all is the TV news which is full of tragic news, such as murders, rapes, robberies, wars, refugees drowning in the sea, and punctually we find it at lunchtime, so as to poison not only our psyche but also our food we eat. As well as hanging out with negative people who act as energy vampires as well as negatively affecting our mood. But also listen continuously to 440Hz music, that is the most modern music, a frequency introduced by law in 1939 by the Nazi regime to manipulate the minds of soldiers, making them more cynical and aggressive(5). Finally also a perpetually angry attitude, or being negative towards everything that happens. A detoxification is therefore also necessary in thoughts and to abandon all those old deleterious habits that poison our psyche. To regain an energy balance, walks in nature certainly help, self-discipline practices to empty the mind of thoughts, breathing techniques, being alone contemplating what surrounds us, listening to the sounds of nature such as the chirping of birds, the blowing of the wind , the flow of a stream or the waves of the sea. But also immerse yourself in the smells of nature or possibly use fragrances such as essential oils of floral essences.
